Thank you for visiting the online home for Transcend Yoga. Here you will find my teaching schedule, upcoming workshops and retreats, as well as information on Thai Yoga Therapy and the Karma Krew Community Outreach Initiative.

I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to all who participated in 
the Off the Mat and Off the Map Retreat to Costa Rica. Each of you added a unique and powerful energy to the experience. What an amazing voyage it was!

There are many new and exciting events on the horizon for the coming months including a very special fundraiser for Karma Krew! Details coming soon... It is my intention that through these gatherings and within each practice our paths will be illuminated and we will discover contentment, community, and compassion.
